摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察硝苯地平缓释片和硫酸镁注射液联合酚妥拉明治疗妊娠期高血压综合征的临床疗效,探讨其对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2014年4月—2016年11月徐州市中心医院收治的妊娠期高血压综合征患者94例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组47例。对照组患者予以硝苯地平缓释片和硫酸镁注射液治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用酚妥拉明治疗;两组患者均连续治疗10 d。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血压和尿蛋白含量,并观察两组患者不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者收缩压、舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者尿蛋白含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者尿蛋白含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平缓释片和硫酸镁注射液联合酚妥拉明治疗妊娠期高血压综合征的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状及妊娠结局。
